We are seeking a highly motivated Founders' Associate Intern (f/m/d) to join us starting mid-April 2026. You’ll collaborate with our CEO, other C-Level and Leadership team members, and our Founder's Associate full-time, in a fast-moving, VC-funded startup, working on various exciting aspects of our business.

YOUR MISSION

Collaborate closely with the CEO and the Founder's Associate, not only on daily tasks but also in advancing and driving strategic initiatives across the company.
Provide support in financial modeling and budgeting, ensuring a transparent view of financial performance and future projections.
Perform market research and analysis to facilitate and enable strategic projects and decision-making.
Identify and address improvements in processes and operations to ensure scalability.
Aid in the creation of reports and presentations for the C-Level, investors, or other external stakeholders.
Participate in special projects initiated by the C-Level, encompassing a wide range of scopes and topics, and offer assistance to teams when critical.
Additionally, cover operational processes end-to-end.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Strong determination to go the extra mile, coupled with a willingness to tackle essential tasks head-on.
Swift adaptability to shifting priorities within a dynamic business environment.
An analytical and data-driven mindset, along with proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Prior internship experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, VC/PE, or another dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Nearing the final stages or successful completion of your academic (bachelor's/master's) journey with outstanding achievements.
Excellent communication abilities in English.
Residing in Berlin or demonstrating a willingness to relocate to Berlin for the duration of the internship.
A valid working permit in Germany.
Available from April 15, 2026, for a minimum of 4 months.
