Transactions take place between corporations and project developers at the source, without any middlemen or hidden fees. CEEZER achieves this by providing scientific quality and pricing insights that help buyers and sellers interact, while allowing to monitor credits in a balanced, high-quality portfolio.

We at CEEZER seek a highly motivated Product Designer (f/d/m). You’ll work closely with our experienced product & tech teams and various business stakeholders in a fast-moving and VC-funded startup and on many exciting aspects of our product & business.

YOUR TASKS

You are working on your own design projects to improve our successful climate action platform. You will achieve this by:

Taking ownership of design projects, from discovery to implementation
Working closely with the product & tech teams, and business stakeholders from the organization, to transform complex and abstract challenges into concise and tangible solutions across different problem spaces (supply, demand, core)
Ensuring a consistent design language and user experience across the product by contributing and maintaining the design system
Supporting other design-related activities such as content marketing, social media, and exhibitions/fairs

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

1+ years of experience in modern product design, ideally with a background in graphic design
Great understanding of design craft and storytelling, with attention to detail – making sure that the product has a great and coherent user experience for all stakeholders
Ability to build trusted and collaborative relationships with your colleagues (and partners), both local and remote
Demonstrate effective and concise communication when presenting your designs
Self-starter and autonomous, prioritizing and executing projects with quality outcomes
