We are looking for a highly motivated  Finance Manager (f/d/m), who loves to turn financial data into clear and useful insights.

YOUR MISSION
  • Support monthly closings by preparing key information, reconciling accounts, and coordinating with external accountants. Assist in preparing monthly investor reports.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting by developing financial models, tracking performance against budget, analyzing variances, and reporting findings.
  • Assist in preparing annual financial reports and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Develop cash flow forecasts and manage transfers to optimize liquidity and reduce banking fees.
  • Manage the expense system to ensure compliance, timely processing, accurate categorization, and continuous improvement.
  • Generate timely and accurate invoices, track their status diligently, and follow up on overdue payments effectively.
  • Help streamline and improve reporting tools and processes to keep pace with growth.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • A Bachelor's, Master’s, or MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field, coupled with 3+ years of experience in a similar finance role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in accounting principles (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), controlling methodologies, and cash flow management.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with a proven ability to build and maintain financial models for forecasting, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy and reliability in all financial tasks and reporting.
  • A proactive, hands-on mentality with a demonstrated ability to thrive and effectively manage responsibilities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • A valid work permit in Germany.
