We are looking for a highly motivated Finance & Operations Intern (f/d/m), who loves to streamline processes across functions and systems.

YOUR MISSION
  • Assist in driving the continuous improvement and scalability of CEEZER’s transaction lifecycle, from onboarding, transactions, to invoicing and delivery.
  • Implement workflow automation using low-code tools (e.g., N8N) to reduce manual work in Finance and Operations by connecting the platform, CRM, and accounting software.
  • Execute daily operational tasks in Operations (e.g., customer communication and onboarding support) and Finance (e.g., invoice issuing and month-end closing assistance).
  • Monitor and refine transaction flows, ensuring timely, error-free execution of transactions on the platform.
  • Handle disputes between buyers and project developers and improve standardization in dispute resolution processes to address issues like delayed fulfillment or payments.
  • Perform data analyses and build BI reports to automate alerts and track key operational KPIs.
  • Collaborate with team members across Revenue, Impact, Finance, and Legal to ensure process changes and system integrations support our overall strategy for operational efficiency and platform scale.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Nearing the final stages or successful completion of your academic (bachelor's/master's) journey with outstanding achievements.
  • Prior internship experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, VC/PE, or another dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Strong determination to go the extra mile, coupled with a willingness to tackle essential tasks head-on.
  • Swift adaptability to shifting priorities within a dynamic business environment.
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset, along with proficient Excel skills. Experience with Low-code tools or BI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication abilities in English; German is a plus.
  • Residing in Berlin or demonstrating a willingness to relocate to Berlin for the duration of the internship.
  • A valid working permit in Germany.
  • Available from January 5, 2026, for a minimum of four months.
