Utilize your skills to address one of the most critical challenges that humanity has ever faced: climate change

You are at the forefront of driving our revenue growth by generating new business and developing long-term partnerships. You achieve this by:  
  • Taking ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to close and beyond
  • Delivering a value-based selling experience to customers
  • Engaging with prospective customers to understand their sustainability strategy and carbon credit needs
  • Ensuring customers achieve their net zero goals and business objectives by deriving maximum value of our product
  • Maintaining and managing the customer pipeline in our CRM platform 
  • Working closely with our Impact team to develop high-quality carbon portfolios to support client goals
  • Partnering with Marketing and Sales Development to develop multifaceted campaigns that drive engagement and, ultimately, new, qualified leads
  • Attending conferences to meet with prospective and current clients 
Your most significant tool is the effective use of your professional time, and by achieving success yourself, you will help clients become part of the solution. If you can prove that you:
  • have Enterprise Sales/Business Development experience (customers north of 1B€ revenue) with complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles,
  • have a background in communicating with and creating value for Sustainability executives, with an understanding of the drivers behind corporate climate action,
  • have proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth,
  • quickly adapt to changing priorities in an evolving business environment,
  • are innovative, have a hands-on mentality, and think big,
  • are ready to jump in and be part of a fun team,
